Ideological and Political Work Innovation in Higher Education under Spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

在当前市场经济条件下,社会竞争逐渐加快,高校想要寻求生存空间、谋取发展空间,就需要做好思想政治工作。而思想政治工作是高校朝着更好方向不断发展的精神理念支撑,只有正确认识思想政治工作,才能推动高校稳步而快速地发展。为此,高校应贯彻和落实十八大精神,创新思想政治工作,推动高校各项事业可持续发展。以分析高校思想政治教育现状为基础,通过讨论和研究十八大精神下高校思想政治工作创新和延续,从而推动高校思想政治教育顺利开展。

Under the present stage of market economy, with the faster and faster speed of social competi- tion, universities and colleges need to do a good job in the ideological and politics work for development. The ideological and politics work is a spiritual support of containable development for the universities and colleges, therefore, the universities and colleges should carry out the Spirit of the 18th CPC Congress, make an innova- tion on the ideological and politics work, and promote the continuous development for all the aspects. This ar- ticle bases on the present situation, discuss the innovation and sustainability of the work, thus to have a devel- opment in ideological and political education in higher education.
