国际旅游岛建设背景下复合型英语人才需求现状调查研究

对海南国际旅游岛建设过程中复合型英语人才需求现状进行深入调查。调查内容主要包括两方面,国际旅游岛建设需要具备哪些专业知识复合型英语人才;国际旅游岛建设需要复合型英语人才具备怎样的能力和素质。结果显示,具备旅游等相关专业知识复合型英语人才是需求重点;扎实的英语语言知识和能力、丰富的相关专业知识以及较高综合人文素质是用人单位对复合型英语人才的主要要求。据此,提出要针对市场需求培养复合型英语人才,满足国际旅游岛建设需要。
