基于温度控制的冷却循环水节能技术研究及应用

摘要 针对冷却循环水系统中多冷却支路并联时流量调节造成的能源浪费和人力资源浪费的问题,研究了一种自动调节温度的冷却循环水节能技术,其核心是智能温度调节阀,该阀集成了电动比例阀和PID控制系统的功能。每条冷却支路的温度根据原料要求不同独立设定,每个智能温度调节阀独立控制,各个冷却回路能够根据环境条件和生产负荷的变化自动调节管路中的流量,且不会相互影响。通过某化工厂的冷却循环水系统节能改造应用,提高了该系统的自动化水平,提高了被冷却原料的温度控制精度,具有显著的节能效果。 Aiming at the problem that energy dissipation and- human resource waste caused by flow regulation in parallel cooling branch pipes, this paper provides an energy saving technique of cir- culating water system which can regulate temperature automatically. It's core is intelligent temperature control valve that combines elec- tric proportional valve and the PID control system. The temperature of water in any cooling branch pipe is set independently according to the cooled body and every intelligent temperature control valve is controlled by itself. The flow in any cooling branch pipe is regulated automatically based on the ambient conditions and production load, and never interplay. The energy saving technique was applied to ener- gy, saving reconstruction of a cooling circulating water system in some chemical plant, and it made the system more intelligent, need less workers, lead to more accuracy temperature control for cooled body, have a prominent energy saving effect.
