摘要
提出了一种可实时监测剩余电流的智能电能表设计方案。该方案在现有的智能电能表硬件设计基础上进行改进,增加了对剩余电流的测量、报警、超限记录等功能,结合现有的智能电网用电数据采集系统对用户的剩余电流信息进行采集和统计,实现对用户线路的剩余电流超限故障进行诊断、定位和预警。该设计提高了低压配网的用电安全,保障用户用电的人身与财产安全,深化了用电信息采集系统应用功能。
This paper proposes intelligent watt-hour meter de- sign which can real-time monitor the residual current. The scheme was improved on the basis of the existing intelligent watt-hour meter hardware design, added to the functions of residual current measure- ment, alarm, transfinite records. Combined with the existing smart grid power data acquisition system, the user's residual current infor- marion is collected and counted, which achieves diagnosis, orienta- tion and early warning for the residual current overrun fault. The de- sign improves electrical safety of the low voltage distribution network, ensures the safety of users of personal property, deepens the applica- tion function of the electricity information collection system.
