Y理论在城市社区治理创新中的应用

摘要 我国城市社区治理进程处于初级阶段,社区中的社会矛盾、冲突呈现多元化的态势,以政府为本的"行政型"城市社区治理模式占据主导地位,直接导致的后果是多元主体力量制约失衡、居民的价值难以体现。"以人为本"是Y理论的核心思想,在当前呼吁和谐文明的时代中,经过反复的检验之后凸显出其独有的价值。本文基于Y理论的指导思想,提出了增强城市社区"人本性"、削弱"行政性",实现城市社区治理创新的路径和思路。
