摘要
师范教育是地方高师院校的办学传统,也是特色和优势。随着由师范院校和综合大学共同参与的开放式的教师教育新体系的建立,师范教育这一地方高师院校的传统优势受到极大挑战。从人才培养方式改革、完善协同推进机制、提升基础教育研究水平等方面,探讨地方高师院校教师教育改革发展的方法与途径,对地方高师院校教师教育改革发展具有借鉴意义。
Pedagogical education is the tradition of the school in local normal universities and it is the feature and superiority as well. With the establishment of a new and open-ended teachers'education system participated by normal universities and comprehensive universities, pedagogical education, the superiority of local normal universities, has been challenged in all respects. In terms of refor- ming training modes of pillars, optimizing synergy promotion mechanism, promoting research level of basic education , this thesis main- ly discusses the methodologies and pathways of the reform and development of teachers' education in local normal universities, and the outcome exerts positive impact on the relevant studies or can be used as reference.
