摘要
在我国,城市和农村中小学音乐教育水平存在较大的差异,促进城乡中小学音乐教育均衡发展的关键在于提高农村学校音乐教师自身素质和能力,这样才能提高农村中小学音乐教育质量,因此农村中小学音乐教师职后培训工作极其重要。目前农村中小学音乐教师培训工作在组织管理、教学内容等方面存在一定的不足,要进一步提高农村音乐教师培训的重视程度,探索多样的培训方式,提高培训的针对性和实效性,切实提升农村中小学音乐教师培训的质量。
There is a great difference between the city and countryside of our country music education level, the key to narrow the education differences between urban and rural areas is to improve the level of rural music teachers, thus country music teacher training is particularly important. Face up to the existing problems of rural music teacher training, to further enhance the importance of rural music teacher training, explore the various forms of rural music teacher training mode, increase rural music teacher training practical and targeted, to improve the quality of training.
