摘要
底模可拆卸自承式钢筋桁架模板体系是在现有普通自承式钢筋桁架模板的基础上,通过技术改造,将其原有的镀锌钢板底模换成可拆卸木模板而形成的新型模板体系,该新型模板具有经济实用、安全可靠、施工方便、节能环保等优点。为探究不同构造对模板体系整体受力性能的影响,通过ANSYS建模对不同构造模板体系进行了施工阶段受力模拟,分析结果表明,底模可拆卸新型钢筋桁架模板刚度提高较大,适用于大跨水平结构的施工,吊杆节点构造对桁架承载力影响不大,但对其刚度有较大影响。
Based on the existing ordinary steel-bars truss formwork,the new self-supported steel-bars truss formwork with removable bottom replaces the galvanized steel sheet with the wooden template.It is expected to be economic,safe,convenient and environmental friendly.Finite element modeling was used to simulate and analyze the formwork system in construction.Results show that the stiffness of the new formwork with a removable bottom shows better performances than the ordinary steel-bars truss formwork.It is suitable for construction of large span structures.The joint of hanger rod has little effect on the bearing capacity of formwork but it can affect the stiffness of formwork significantly.
