冰袋配合硫酸镁持续湿敷促进踝部骨折后肿胀消退的护理观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察冰袋配合硫酸镁持续湿敷促进踝部骨折后肿胀消退的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例踝部骨折患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,干预组30例,对照组30例,干预组采用冰袋配合硫酸镁进行湿敷,对照组采用冰袋外敷。观察治疗后2组肿胀消退效果。结果干预组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝部骨折患者采用冰袋配合硫酸镁湿敷疗效显著,可有效促进踝部肿胀的消退,提高手术质量。 ObjectiveTo observe the ice with Magnesium sulfate wet compress effect to promote sustained fractures of the ankle after the swelling subsides.Methods60 cases of ankle will meet the inclusion criteria of fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in the intervention group,30 cases in the control group. The intervention group used ice bag with Magnesium sulfate wet compress;Control group with external application of ice bag. To observe the curative effect of the two groups after treatment the swelling subsided.Resultsintervention group was better than that in control group(P〈0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusionankle fracture were treated with ice Magnesium sulfate wet compress with obvious curative effect,can effectively improve the ankle swelling subsided,improve operation quality.
