心理干预对血液透析患者精神症状和生活质量的影响

Effect of short-term psychological intervention on psychiatric symptoms and quality of life in perioperative patients

目的观察心理干预对维持性血液透析(M H D)患者精神症状和生活质量的影响。方法将100例具有精神症状的M H D患者分为心理干预组(A组,n=50)和非心理干预组(B组,n=50)。使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(H A M A)和Beck抑郁问卷量表(BD I)评估其焦虑、抑郁症状;用健康生活质量量表(SF-36)评估其生活质量。比较干预前后精神症状和生活质量的差异。结果 A组患者焦虑、抑郁症状的发生率分别下降至24%和30%,A组生活质量各指标和SF-36总分高于B组,且A组U R R、K t/V、SG A的水平高于B组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可减轻M H D患者的精神症状,提高生活质量和透析充分性。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of short-term psychological intervention on Perioperative patients psychiatric symptoms and quality of life in maintenance Perioperative patients.MethodsHamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）and the Beck Depression Inventory Inventory（BDI）were respectively used to assess anxiety、depressive symptoms of Perioperative patients,One hundred cases of psychiatric symptoms patients were divided into psychological intervention group（groupA,n=50）,non-psychological intervention group（groupB,n=50）and assess their quality of life with a healthy quality of life scale（SF-36）.Comparison the different of psychiatric symptoms and quality of life before and after psychological intervention.ResultsThe incidence of anxiety and depression of group A decreased to 24% and 30% respectively,group A score of quality of life and SF-36 higher than group B,and group A level of URR、Kt/V、SGA higher than group B（P＜0.05）.After the intervention,the anxiety,the incidence of depressive symptoms of Perioperative patients were 10% and 21% respectively,the quality of life of group A1 patients were significantly higher than group A2 （P＜0.05）.ConclusionShort-term psychological intervention could reduce their psychiatric symptoms,improve quality of life and dialysis adequacy,promoted the prognosis of patients with surgery.
