高职学生时间管理现状及对策分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Students' Time Management in Higher Vocational College

选取江苏城市职业学院331名高职学生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查了解分析目前高职学生时间管理方面存在的问题。结果表明:尽管目前高职学生时间管理主观意识较强,但是时间管理规划欠缺,时间管理控制不足。应当通过多种措施使学生树立时间观念和时间管理意识,制定目标,有计划地完成,引导学生掌握时间管理的技巧和方法等。

The paper analyzes the current problem of vocational college students＆#39; time management according to the questionnaire by selecting 331 students in Jiangsu Urban Vocational College as research object. The result shows that currently vocational college students＆#39; time management subjective consciousness is strong, but is lack of time management planning and control flexibly that should take a variety of measures to make students set up the concept of time and consciousness of time management, to set goals, to complete designedly, and to lead the students to master skills and methods of time management etc.
