高职学生思想政治体验式教育:价值诉求、现实解析及优化策略

Vocational Students' Ideological and Political Experience Education:Value Appeal, Realistic Analysis and Optimization Strategy

体验式教育符合高职学生的心理特点,适应思想政治教育学科的发展趋势,是解决教育主体和客体间矛盾的新工具,推行思想政治体验式教育是高等职业教育的价值诉求。本文在对高职院校实施思想政治体验式教育进行SWOT分析和构成要素分析基础上,从思想政治教育结构整体优化的全局视角,提出高职大学生思想政治体验式教育的"三全三分三结合"优化策略。

Experiential education meets the psychological characteristics of vocational college students, which adapts to the development trend of the ideological and political education subject and is a new tool to solve the contradiction between the subject and object education. Carrying out the ideological and political experience education is the value demand of higher vocational education. Based on SWOT and constituent element analysis to implement ideological and political experience education in higher vocational colleges from the overall perspective of global optimization of structure of ideological and political education, the thesis puts forward＂three separation three combination＂optimization strategy of higher vocational college students＆#39; ideological and political experience education.
