摘要
为研究东洞庭水环境健康风险水平,该文利用美国环境保护署(U.S.EPA)提出的水环境健康风险评价模型,以2014年水质监测资料为基础数据,对东洞庭湖五个断面进行水环境风险评价。结果表明:化学致癌物中,以As通过饮水途径对人体健康危害的风险最大,其风险值是国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受风险水平5.0×10-5的2-5倍;非致癌物中,以氟化物所致人体健康危害的风险最大(10-7数量级),但对人体健康的副作用甚微;预防东洞庭湖水环境健康风险,应优先控制流域As污染物的浓度,以减小经饮水途径所致人体健康危害的风险。
To study the water environment health risk level of East Dongting Lake, five water quality monitoring sections were assessed by using the water environmental health risk assessment model developed by U.S. EPA on the basis of water quality monitoring data in 2014. The results show that arsenic has the greatest risk to human body health through drinking water channels in the chemical carcinogens, which value was 2-5 times than maximum acceptable risk level (5.0 x 10-5) recommended by the international commission on radiation protection (ICRP). Among the non carcinogens, fluoride (10-7 orders of magnitude) has the greatest risk to human health hazards, but it has very little side effects on human health. It is priority to control the concentration of As in the river basin, so as to minimize human health risk caused by way of drinking water.
