品管圈活动在降低呼吸科患者跌倒管理中的应用效果观察

Application of quality control circle in the management of patient falls or falling on the bed

目的观察品管圈在降低呼吸科患者跌倒发生率中的应用效果。方法 2013年1—8月,我院呼吸科发生跌倒7例,为此针对性开展了品管圈活动。根据现状,找出问题所在,提出目标,制定并实施对策,强化防范患者跌倒的管理措施。结果经品管圈活动的实施,2013年9月—2014年1月呼吸科跌倒高危患者的跌倒率降至0.64%,与实施前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能有效降低呼吸科住院患者跌倒的发生,持续改进护理质量,提高护士参与质量管理的意识和能力。

ObjectiveTo reduce the incidence of patient falling down in the Department of Respiration.Methods Quality control circle activities were carried out in the Department of Respiration. According to the status quo,we identified the problems,proposed targets,developed and conducted countermeasures and strengthened the management of preventing patient falls.ResultsPatients fall rate dropped significantly after carry out quality management circle activity.ConclusionsQuality control circle can effectively reduce the incidence of inpatient falls,continuously improve the quality of nursing care and improve nurses＇ awareness and ability to participate in quality management.
