Analysis of Thermal Efficiency of New-type Heating Furnace

加热炉无论在油田建设中还是在石油炼化装置中都占有十分重要的位置。本文以高效环保加热炉为例,从加热炉的装置结构、燃料、燃料的燃烧状态等方面分析加热炉热效率的影响因素,在设计、生产时应将以上诸多因素进行充分考虑、综合运用。

The heating furnace plays an important role, not only in oil field construction but also in oil refining units. Taking the high -efficiency environment -friendly heating furnace as an example, this paper analyses the effecting factors on the heating efficiency of heating furnace from device structure, fuel and its burning state, and so on. All the factors above should be taken in general consideration and application while designing and producing.
