The masses are the main force of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. To carry out the ＂Chinese Dream＂ publicity and education among the masses is a necessary. We should adopt a correct attitude towards the problems emerging in publicity and education work, combining the characteristics of the masses with publicity work among the masses, strengthening the civic education, recessive education, as well as its levels and gradualness.
