摘要
利用周期浸渍/干燥循环腐蚀实验方法研究了EH36-NS耐蚀钢在模拟海洋大气环境下的腐蚀行为,并且采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试手段对腐蚀锈层进行了分析。实验结果表明,EH36-NS在模拟海洋大气环境下的耐蚀性明显优于Q235,其耐蚀性提高了42%。腐蚀锈层的主要成分为Fe3O4、γ-Fe2O3及Fe OOH。此外,本文还详细讨论了实验过程中出现的"闭塞电池"效应及其形成机制。
The corrosion behavior of EH36-NS steel was studied in the simulated marine atmosphere with cyclic dry/wet test method, and the rust layer was analyzed by means of SEM and XRD. The results show that the corrosion resistance of EH36-NS is much better than Q235, which is 42% higher than that of Q235. The rust layer is composed of Fe3O4, γ-Fe2O3 and FeOOH. Moreover, the effect of "Occluded Cell" and its mechanism are also discussed in detail in this paper.
