摘要
针对中厚板卷厂生产的海底管线钢表面麻坑问题,对麻坑进行了SEM显微组织观察和EDS分析,认为麻坑是粗除鳞过程中,未除净的残留氧化铁皮压入钢板基体导致。通过采用双排粗除鳞喷嘴集管,同时使除鳞喷嘴交错排列,并增加储能罐保证除鳞压力的方法,麻坑得到有效控制。
In view of the pockmark on the surface of offshore pipeline steel produced at Wide Plate/Coil Plant, the pock- mark was analyzed by means of SEM and EDS, which was caused by indentation of residual iron scale and couldn' t be removed in rough descaling process. The pockmark was controlled effectively by using double bank coarse descaling noz- zle manifolds and staggering spray nozzle and adding storage tank to ensure descaling pressure.
