浅谈减少钢包盛钢温降的有效措施

摘要 根据中厚板卷厂炼钢工艺需要,通过改进钢包保温层材质、提高钢包线下烘烤温度、提高钢包在线周转率以及对表面覆盖剂的使用,使钢包中钢水在线周转过程中温降控制在80℃以内,满足了生产需要,降低生产成本。 According to the steelmaking process at Wide Plate/Coil Plant, some effective measures have been taken such as changing the materials of ladle, thermal insulation layer, improving the offline baking temperature and online turnover rate of ladle and using the molten steel surface coating material, the steel temperature in ladle has been controlled within 80℃, which can meet the production needs and reduce the production cost.
