摘要
文章主要针对某轻型客车变速箱悬置横梁结构对整车NVH的影响进行分析研究。通过对整车结构件固有频率进行匹配,优化变速箱悬置横梁结构,进而改变变速箱悬置横梁固有频率以提升整车NVH性能。结合CAE分析及整车试验对比,最终确认满足NVH性能要求的变速箱悬置横梁结构。
This paper research the cross member on the impact of NVH for a VAN. By matching the modes of the spare parts for VAN, and optimize the structure of the cross member to optimize the mode of cross member, to enhance the sensitivity of the VAN NVH performance. Comparative tests on the VAN to detect joining CAE analysis, the final confirmation to meet the structure of the cross member and layout of NVH performance requirements.
