摘要 根据高铁物流发展的基本原则,确立基于高速货运列车概念的技术方案,以降低制造与维修成本,增加高铁建设的投资收益.但是改用集中动力驱动,首尾动车,动力轮对自稳定将作为其关键技术问题,以避免对无砟轨道的负面影响.快速货运转向架研发经验表明:降低轮轨动力作用是其共性技术特点.因而高速货运转向架必须采用德系空簧悬挂,以彻底解除车体与走行部之间的横向耦合作用.同时应用橡胶悬挂新技术,协调处理参振质量与结构阻尼之间的相互制约关系,简单可靠地解决动力轮对自稳定问题. According to the basic pricinple of HSR logistic development, the technical scheme of high-speed freight train concept should be accepted correctly to reduce the costs of manufacture and reparing and increase the gains from the investments of HSR constructions. Due to the change of concentral power tractions, motor vehicles at both fore and rear ends, the self-stability of motor wheelsets will become the one of important technical problems to avoid the negative effects to ballastless tracks. The developing expeiences from rapid freight bogies show that to decrease the interations of wheel-rail contact is one of common technical characteristics. The secondary suspension of Germen airspring must be adapted in the high-speed freight bogie to relieve fully the lateral coupling interations between carbody and running gears. Meanwhile the constraint relation of general mass and structural damping must be transacted coordinately by applying the novel technique of rubber suspension. As a result the self-stability problem of motor wheelsets can be solved simply and reliably.
