摘要
以粉煤灰、矿粉和硅粉三种矿物掺合料不同比例为基础,等量取代胶凝材料中水泥的用量,以平板试验为评价标准,从宏观与微观两方面着手,探讨矿物掺合料对低熟料HPC早期收缩裂缝的影响.宏观角度以裂缝长度和宽度为理论依据进行讨论分析;微观角度通过扫描电镜对掺合料的物理形态和结构特征进行讨论分析.具体分析了在掺合料总量不变情况下,三种矿物掺合料在不同掺量及组合形式情况下,对低熟料HPC的早期收缩影响.
Using fly ash, slag and silica fume mixtures in different proportions to replace equivalently the cement in cementitious material, the effect of mineral admixtures on the early shrinkage cracking of high performance concrete with low clinker is explored with slab test as the evaluation standard from both the macro and micro aspects, and the test results are discused based on the theory of the crack length and width. Through scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis the physical form and structure characteristics of mixture are stutied. A detailed analysis is given for the effect of the mixtures in different dosage and combination forms on early age shrinkage of the high performance concrete with low clinker.
