摘要
以纯钛TA2为基材,纯铝箔为过渡连接层,在不同工艺参数条件下采用真空扩散焊方法进行焊接,对焊接后试样界面的组织、化学成分、断口形貌和组成相进行分析.结果表明,钛/铝界面附近形成钛铝金属间化合物的显微硬度值比钛基体和铝基体的硬度值都大;550、600、650℃时各试样的断裂位置均为铝基体或者钛铝扩散层;加热温度为600℃保温时间为120 min时剪切强度达到最大,最大值为86 MPa.
Under the condition of different process parameters,pure titanium TA2 as base material and pure a- luminum foil as transitional connection layer were welded by using vacuum diffusion welding method. The interface microstructure, chemical composition, fracture morphology and phases composition of samples were ana- lyzed. The results show that the rnicrohardness of the intermetallic compound is higher than that of the titanium and aluminum substrate. When heated at 550,600 and 650 ℃, all the samples fracture on the side of aluminum substrate or the diffusion layer, and the highest shear strength which reachs 86 MPa is appeared at 600 ℃ when the heat preservation time is 120 min.
