摘要
针对目前广泛应用的两电平三相逆变器存在的开关损耗过大的问题,从脉宽调制入手,将几种SVPWM优化方式进行分析比较,找出开关损耗最小的SVPWM优化方式.并通过在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立一种开关损耗近似计算模型来进行仿真数据验证.仿真结果表明最小开关损耗SVPWM优化方式能最大程度的减小逆变器的开关损耗.
Aiming at the problem of switching losses excessively, the widely used two-level three-phase inverter is presented. Starting from the pulse width modulation, several ways to optimize SVPWM are analyzed and compared to find the minimum switching-loss of SVPWM optimizations. Through the establishment of an approximate calculation model of switching-loss in MATLAB/SIMULINK for validation of simulated data, the obtained result of simulation shows that the optimized SVPWM method of minimum-switching-losses can be reduced the losses of inverter on maximum extent.
