Cloud computing provides high quality and convenient platform for college English teaching. This pa- per discusses the feasibility of EAP teaching based on cloud computing and puts forward a EAP reading and writing course model based on the theory of mobile learning and contribution-based pedagogy, thus expecting to give insights into EAP teaching.
