摘要
专业硕士教育已成为我国研究生教育的一种重要形式,为国家培养高层次、应用型专门人才逐渐成为各高校硕士研究生教育的主要目标。在专业硕士双导师制培养机制中,校外导师管理制度的建立健全需要经过长期的探索和完善。本文拟从校外导师的选拔、培训、考核和激励机制等方面进行讨论,探讨对校外导师的立体管理模式。
Professional masters" education has become important form of postgraduate education in our country. To cultivate specialized persons of high-level education, has gradually become the main target of the graduate edu- cation. Double tutorial system is important in the professional master's cultivation mechanism. Management system of master's professional advisor need to be explored and perfected in a long period of time. This thesis tries to formu- late the three-dimensional management mode of professional advisor by discussing selection, training, assessment and incentive mechanism.
