关于构建高校特殊学生群体精细化服务体系的研究

受当前社会诸多因素的综合影响,大学生的价值取向、思维意识、行为方式、个体需求等方面都呈现出多元化、复杂化的发展趋势。特殊学生群体已经不可避免的成为高校教育、管理和服务对象。以高校特殊学生群体为研究对象,在对其进行概念界定及分类的基础上,提出构建高校特殊学生群体精细化服务体系的具体措施,对提升高校教育、管理和服务工作的有效性具有重要意义。

By the current social comprehensive effects of many factors, the development of college studentsval- ue orientation, thought consciousness, behavior, individual requirement and other aspects present the trend of diversi- fication and complication. Special group students have inevitably become the object of college education, management and service. This article takes college special group students as object of study, on the basis of defining the concept and classification, the authors put forward some specific suggestions of establishing a elaboration service system for college special group students.
