摘要
基于工作过程的课程开发和建设模式是职业教育课程改革的主流之一,本文以中职出纳课程为例,基于出纳岗位工作内容和过程的分析,以课程目标、内容、结构、实施和评价入手,提出以职业能力培养为目标、以典型工作任务为课程内容、以项目为导向的课程结构设计、进行任务驱动模式的课程实施、构建形成性的课程评价模式。
Curriculum design based on working process-oriented is a main direction for vocational education rev- olution. This paper use a sample of secondary vocational cashier curriculum to demonstrate the whole curriculum structure design which start from cashier occupation analysis, to the context, structure, implement and evaluation of working process-oriented curriculum. Emphasizing the importance of career competence cultivation and occupation analysis, the curriculum should implemented through project-oriented procedure and evaluated oDenlv in processing.
