加强高校职业生涯规划教育的有效途径——以西北农林科技大学为例

当前就业竞争压力巨大,高校的职业生涯规划教育起步较晚,教师与学生对职业生涯规划的重视程度不够。本文从职业生涯规划的课程设置、师资队伍、专业辅导、校企合作等方面探讨了加强高校职业生涯规划的有效途径。

At Present, the pressure of employment competition is huge, and the college career planning education starts late, teachers and students not enough emphasis on career planning. The paper discusses the effective ways of enhancing the career planning of college students from curriculum setting, teaching staff, professional counseling, uni- versity-enterprise cooperation and other aspects.
