摘要
教师自我效能感是促进教师自主发展的内在动力,高校青年教师入职初在从学生到教师的角色转换中会遇到诸多问题,导致自我效能感较低。通过对教龄五年以内的青年教师的问卷调查以及沟通交流,总结教师自我效能感的意义所在,提出青年教师在入职初有效提高自我效能感的几点建议。
Teachers'sense of self-efficacy can prompt their self-development capacity. At the beginning of the career, the young college teachers met many problems which lead low self-efficacy. AS a young teacher, the author conduct a survey on young teachers within 5 years" experience. The text made a summary on the importance of the teachers" sense of self-efficacy and how to boost the self-efficacy of young college teachers.
