工程训练中心对大学生创新能力的培养性实践探索 被引量:11

摘要 为了改变传统的金工实习单一、无设计、无创新的缺点,所以针对性的提出教学改革,加入多种实训方式,改为工程训练课程。培养学生系统完整的工程意识和创新思维、创新能力,在工程实训中增加了3D打印、激光加工、材料连接、住宅布线等内容,让学生在实习老师的指导下自主进行产品的创意设计、自行决定工艺流程、自觉运用加工工艺,不仅调动了学生实习的积极性、主动性,弥补了传统金工实习的不足。而且,学生的创新思维、创新能力和综合动手能力都得到了锻炼和提高。 In order to change the traditional metalworking practice single, the shortcomings of design, innovation, so the targeted put forward the teaching reform, to join the multiple training methods, instead of engineering training course. Trains the student to complete engineering consciousness and innovation thinking, innovation ability, in the en- gineering practice increased by 3D printing, laser processing, material connection, residential wiring, to let the students under the guidance of student teacher autonomy in terms of product creative design, to decide on their own process, consciously using processing technology, not only to mobilize the students enthusiasm, initiative, make up for the defi- ciency of the traditional metalworking practice. The students" innovative thinking, innovative ability and the comprehen- sive ability to exercise and improve.
