2015年是加强基层工会建设"落实年"。各级工会要深入贯彻习近平总书记关于加强基层工会建设"三个着力"的重要批示精神;总体把握、认真落实北京市"1+15"文件。以问题为导向,创新载体,明确标准,强化制度,落实职责,把加强基层工会建设的举措落到实处,推动服务型工会深化发展,进一步焕发基层工会活力。

2015 is the applying year to strengthen establishment of fundamental trade union. Trade unions of each level should deeply apply the important instructions spirit of ＂three focus＂ by Xi Jinping for strengthening establishment of fundamental trade union. Trade unions of each level should totally control and carefully apply ＂1＋15＂documuents in Beijing. Trade unions of each level should be oriented by problems, create vectors, specify standards, strengthen systems, apply duties, carry out the measures of strengthening establishment of fundamental trade union to practice, promote deep development of service trade unions and further create vitality of fundamental trade union.
