In the first ten years of 21st century, Beijing general trade unions has totally performed every functions and trade unions work has achieved new progresses. Trade unions has played the role of the main force of the working class, and built up establishment for capital progress. Trade unions has protected workers＇ lawful rights, and developed harmonious labor relations. Trade unions has improved the overall quality of workers, and promoted the prosperous development of employee culture. Trade unions has improved the ability of helping staff and established service systems of trade unions. Trade unions has been much stronger and self construction has increasingly enhanced.
