新《安全生产法》与工会的监督作用

New Safety Production Law and Supervision Function of Trade Unions

习近平总书记指出,发展决不能以牺牲人的生命为代价,这必须作为一条不可逾越的红线。新《安全生产法》提出安全生产工作应当以人为本。工会在"以人为本、安全发展"的新理念引导下依法履职,突出开展劳动保护监督的重点,工作的关键点。工会干部在开展相关工作时,发挥好法律赋予工会的监督职能,维护好广大职工的生命健康权。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that development must not be achieved at the expense of human life, this must be an impassable red line. New safety production law put forwards that safety production work should be people oriented. Trade unions performs its functions lawfully under new idea guidance of People-oriented and safe development. The key of work is launching labor protection supervision. When trade unions cadre carry out related work, they should play a good supervision role which is endowed by law and protect workers＇ life health rights.
