高校毕业生就业问题一直是倍受关注的社会问题之一。由于毕业生个人的主客观条件和外部环境共同作用,致使其不满足于或主动放弃已有的工作机会而继续寻找其他工作,即自愿性失业。本文通过对当前高校毕业生就业现状、引起自愿性失业的原因进行分析,并结合实际提出避免大范围高校毕业生自愿性失业的对策,以改善我国高校毕业生的就业状况。

Employment questions of college graduates are one of questions which have been widely paid. Because the combined actions of graduates＇ personal subjective and objective conditions and external environment, graduates are not satisfied with or actively giving up the present job chances, so they future pursue other jobs, which is called voluntary unemployment. The essay analyzes the status quo of present college graduates employment and the reasons of occurring voluntary unemployment, combines the realities to put forward the suggestions avoiding large scale college graduates＇ voluntary unemployment, which can improve the employment conditions of college graduates in our country.
