摘要
利用软件信息技术和自动化控制技术,设计开发出一个稳定、可靠、实时、高效、智能的集装箱码头操控系统(n-TOS)和码头管理系统(CTOS)。通过系统提供的高度自动化的信息技术手段以及先进的堆场给位、翻箱、指令派发等算法,规范集装箱码头生产运作流程,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
A large-scale container terminal operating and management system is developed by the advanced software information and automation technologies, aiming to be a stable,reliable, real-time, efficient and intelligent container terminal operating system(n-TOS) and terminal management system(CTOS). The standard of the container terminal operating process is specified, the productivity is improved and the production cost is reduced by highly automatic information technology provided by the systems and advanced yard allocation, container re-handling, and instruction dispatch algorithms.
