摘要
随着高新技术的不断发展,工程机械、设备及构件的工作条件变得苛刻,如水轮叶片,水电站闸门以及造纸磨浆机的磨盘等,它们不仅工作在强的腐蚀环境中,同时又不断运转,承受着不同介质的冲击与磨损。一般的耐腐蚀涂料由于所形成的涂层没有足够的机械强度与耐磨性,在受到长时间冲击与机械作用后会很快磨损,乃至剥落而失去对基材的保护作用,因而只能应用于静态工件上。陶瓷防腐涂料耐磨涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
In recent years, aiming at improving the efficiency of agricukure, enhancing the benefits of farms and increasing income of workers, Xinjiang Corps has actively promoted agricultural modernization, and explored the new mechanism of agricultural machinery operation and management in the new normal with the equipment structure adjusted and resource allocation optimized, and accelerated the introduction, testing, demonstration and promotion of new agricultural machinery and new technologies, which enhanced the agricultural comprehensive production capacity and contributed to the development of agricultural economy. However, the problems existing in the current agricultural machinery extension system have limited its further development. By analyzing the status of Xinjiang Corps' agricultural machinery extension system, this paper studied the existing problems and proposed reasonable suggestions.
