Empirical Analysis on the Retrieval of Animal Science and Technology Literature Based on ProQuest and Ovid Retrieval Platform

ProQuest平台和Ovid信息平台收录的文献均包括畜牧业方面的文献,但文献收录的范围各有偏重。本文利用两个检索平台,针对农业科技——畜牧与动物医学文献检索的结果进行分析,以方便农业科技工作者利用检索平台,准确获取相关科研信息。

ProQuest and Ovid retrieval platform have both included animal science and technology literature with different coverage. In this study, the literature of animal husbandry and veterinary in the field of agricultural science and technology were retrieved by two retrieval platforms, respectively. The retrieval results were analyzed to facilitate the animal science and technology researchers to apply the retrieval platforms well and get access to relevant scientific information.
