阿瑞匹坦与昂丹司琼防治化疗引起的呕吐效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较阿瑞匹坦与昂丹司琼防治肿瘤患者化疗引起呕吐的效果。方法将我院化疗的肿瘤患者143例按入院时间分为昂丹司琼组79例,注射昂丹司琼联合地塞米松口服,阿瑞匹坦组64例阿瑞匹坦联合地塞米松口服。观察防治化疗所致急性与延迟性呕吐的效果及不良反应情况。结果对于化疗所致急性呕吐,两组有效率接近,差异无统计学意义;阿瑞匹坦组预防延迟性呕吐有效率为79.7%显著高于昂丹司琼组的65.8%。不良反应两组均以便秘、腹胀、困倦、呃逆为主,均为轻微不良反应,差异无统计学意义。结论阿瑞匹坦预防化疗所致延迟性呕吐的效果较好。
