缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效分析

Efficacy of Valsartan combined Amlodipine in treatment of essential hy-pertension

目的观察缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月我院住院治疗80例原发性高血压患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组予缬沙坦80 mg,每天1次,口服;观察组同时联合苯磺酸氨氯地平5 mg,每天1次,口服;服药2周后,如血压达到130/80 mm Hg以下,或收缩压（SBP）下降20 mm Hg,或舒张压（DBP）下降10 mm Hg,则继续服药;反之,则增加药物剂量,苯磺酸氨氯地平增至10 mg/d,缬沙坦增至160 mg/d。连用4周。观察两组患者治疗前后SBP、DBP的变化,并进行临床疗效比较。结果治疗4周后,观察组的总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.327,P〈0.05）。两组患者的SBP、DBP水平均显著降低,且观察组SBP、DBP水平较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平应用可以提高原发性高血压的疗效,有效降低血压水平,安全性好,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with essential hypertension from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with valsartan 80 mg, once a day, oral; observation group combined with benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine5 mg, 1 time a day, oral medicine 2 weeks after, such as blood pressure reached the below 130/80 mm Hg, or systolic blood pressure（SBP） decreased 20 mm Hg, or diastolic blood pressure（DBP） fell 10 mm Hg, continued medication; on the other hand, the increase of drug dose, amlodipine besylate increased to（10 mg/d, valsartan increased to 160 mg/d.Used for 4 weeks. The changes of DBP and SBP in the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the clinical effect was compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the observation group in the total efficiency was95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（77.5%）. The difference was significant（χ2=6.327,P〈0.05）. The levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the levels of DBP and SBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine amlodipine can improve the efficacy of essential hypertension, effectively reduce blood pressure levels, safe, worthy of promotion and application.
