The research progress of 5-HT1A receptor and epilepsy combined with depression and anxiety

5-HT1A受体是5-羟色胺受体家族中的一个亚型,是广泛分布于整个大脑中的一类重要神经递质。已有证据充分显示,神经递质5-羟色胺与癫痫和抑郁、焦虑有关,5-HT1A受体也是用于治疗癫痫、抑郁症与焦虑症的重要靶点。本文着重就5-羟色胺1A受体与癫痫合并抑郁、焦虑关系的研究进展作一综述。

5-HT1 A receptor is a subtype of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor family,and is widely distributed in the whole brain. There is already evidence that the neurotransmitter 5-hydroxytryptamine is associated with epilepsy and depression and anxiety, the 5-HT1 A receptor is also an important target for drug treatment for epilepsy, depression and anxiety. This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between 5-HT1 A receptor and epileptic depression and anxiety.
