可塑纤维桩在口腔残根修复中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of plastic fiber post in oral residual root repair

目的探讨口腔残根修复中可塑纤维桩的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月~2015年1月我院收治的口腔残根修复患者60例76颗病牙,根据修复方法不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行可塑纤维桩进行口腔残根修复,对照组采用传统金属桩修复,观察两组患者6个月后的应用效果。结果观察组修复成功率明显高于对照组,观察组修复后松动脱落、折断情况明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论可塑纤维桩可有效修复口腔残根,成功率高,效果显著,值得关注。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of plastic fiber post in oral residual root repair. Methods Sixty patients （76 affected teeth） who received oral residual root repair in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different repair methods. The observation group was given plastic fiber post for oral residual root repair and the control group was given traditional metal post repair. The application effects of the two groups 6 months later were observed. Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the successful repair rate and the observation group was signifi- cantly lower than the control group in the occurrence of looseness, detachment and break, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plastic fiber post can effectively repair oral residual root, has high success rate and shows remarkable effects, which is worthy of attention.
