800例乳腺肿块冰冻切片病理诊断分析

Pathological diagnosis analysis of 800 cases of breast mass frozen sections

目的探讨乳腺肿块冰冻切片病理诊断效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月我院收治的乳腺肿块患者800例,采用术中冰冻切片进行病理诊断,同时与石蜡切片的诊断结果进行对比分析。结果 800例乳腺患者疾病冰冻切片当中,确诊787例,延期诊断8例,误诊5例,与石蜡切片诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论乳腺肿块诊断过程当中应用冰冻切片能够准确迅速确定患者的肿块性质,临床上需要改善取材准确性以及制片质量,同时难以确诊情况下要及时同手术医师沟通交流,从而提高冰冻切片病理诊断的效果。

Objective To investigate the pathological diagnosis effect of breast mass frozen section. Results Eight hundred patients with breast mass treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected. The intraoperative frozen section was used for pathological diagnosis and the results were compared to the diagnosis results of paraffin section. Results Of the 800 cases of frozen sections, 787 cases were diagnosed, 8 cases were postponed and 5cases were misdiagnosed, which were not statistically different from the diagnosis results of paraffin section（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion In the diagnosis process of breast mass, the application of frozen section can accurately and rapidly confirm the quality of mass, and meanwhile, the material sampling accuracy and section making quality should be improved clinically. Under conditions difficult to diagnose, timely communication with surgical doctors should be conducted in order to improve the pathological diagnosis effect of frozen section.
