综合性护理干预对新生儿毛细血管渗漏现象的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on neonatal capillary leakage phenomenon

目的探讨综合性护理干预对新生儿毛细血管渗漏现象的影响。方法将2014年1月~2015年1月在我院接受治疗的46例存在毛细血管渗漏现象的新生儿随机分为观察组23例（在常规护理的基础上采用综合性护理干预方法）和对照组23例（采用常规护理措施）,对比两组患儿的护理效果,分析综合性护理干预对新生儿毛细血管渗漏现象的影响。结果观察组中败血症、PIP〉22 cm H2O、PEEP〉6 cm H2O,通气持续时间〉7 d,乳酸值增高的患儿例数均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。而胎龄、NRDS、窒息、通气模式与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;另外,观察组的总有效率达91.30%（21/23）,显著高于对照组的78.26%（18/23）,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于新生儿来说,毛细血管渗漏现象对患儿的健康影响较大,一旦得不到及时的治疗和干预,易出现恶化。基于此,在实际的治疗过程中给予综合性护理,将会直接影响患儿的康复程度。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on neonatal capillary leakage phenomenon. Methods Forty-six neonates who had capillary leakage phenomenon treated in our hospital from January2014 to January 2015 were random Ly divided into the observation group with 23 neonates（who were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing） and the control group with 23 neonates（who were given conventional nursing measures）. The nursing effects of the two groups of neonates were compared and the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on neonatal capillary leakage phenomenon was analyzed. Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the numbers of neonates with sepsis, PIP〉22 cm H2O, PEEP〉6cm H2 O, ventilation duration7 days and increased lactate level, with significant differences（P〈0.05）.And the observation group and the control group were not significantly different in gestational age, NRDS, apnea and ventilation mode（P〉0.05）. In addition, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%（21/23）, which was significantly higher than the 78.26%（18/23） of the control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For neonates, capillary leakage phenomenon has large influence on their health and is prone to deteriorate once without timely treatment and intervention. Based on this, the fineness of comprehensive nursing given by the doctor in the actual treatment process will influence the neonates＇ rehabilitation degree directly.
