中外高等院校酒店管理人才培养模式比较研究

Comparative Study on Training Mode of Hotel Management Talents between Chinese and Foreign Universities

近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,国内的酒店业也得到了发展。而我国的酒店业能否向着规范化和国际化的方向发展,还要依赖于高等院校的酒店管理人才的培养。就目前来看,在酒店管理人才培养模式上,国内高等院校相较于国外的一些高等院校还存着一定的差距。基于这种认识,文章从教学内容、教学制度、实践教学和办学方式几方面,对中外高等院校酒店管理人才培养模式进行比较研究,进而为国内酒店管理人才的培养提供建议。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy in recent years,China＇s hotel industry has also been developed.Whether China＇s hotel industry can develop towards standardization and internationalization must depend on the cultivation of hotel management talents in universities.At present,there is a long way to go for us in the cultivating modes,compared with foreign universities.Therefore,based on this thought,this paper attempts to compare their cultivating modes from the aspects of teaching content,teaching system,practice teaching and school running mode,providing advice on the cultivation of domestic hotel management talents.
