文化传承与创新视域下高校体育教学改革探索

Exploration of the Teaching Reform of College Physical Education from the Perspective of Cultural Inheritance and Innovation

随着教育改革的深化,对高校体育教学也提出了更高的要求。由于体育文化自身的独特性以及在高校校园文化建设中拥的有特殊地位,所以在教学中应融入更丰富的文化元素内容,使体育文化内涵以及教育范畴得到拓展,在保证高校学生身心得到健康发展的同时,也使文化育人和文化传承创新职能的功效得以强化。笔者结合当前高校体育教学存在的问题,对文化传承创新背景下高校体育教学的改革策略及建议进行探析。

With the deepening of education reform,it puts forward higher requirements in the sports teaching in colleges and universities.Because the sports culture has its own unique characteristics and a special status in the construction of campus culture,the teaching should be integrated into the cultural elements with more rich content,making the connotation of sports culture and education well developed,which will help to make sure that college students＇ physical and mental health can develop at the same time,strengthening the cultural education and cultural inheritance.This paper,combined with the existing problems of the reform of PE Teaching in Colleges and universities,attempts to put forward some strategies and suggestions of PE Teaching in Colleges and Universities under the background of cultural inheritance and innovation.
