摘要
高校毕业生就业中法律问题的存在,一方面与人才市场企业管理不规范有关,另一方面与大学生法律意识淡漠、法律知识欠缺有关。文章从常见的法律问题根源上探索积极有效的解决对策,以增强大学生的自我法律保护意识。
Law problems in employment of college graduates exist.On one hand,it is related to informal enterprise management in talent market.On the other hand,the college students lack legal awareness and legal knowledge.This article attempts to explore some active and efficient strategies from the root of law problems to improve their self-protection awareness.
