提升执法司法公信力的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Promoting the Law Enforcement and Judicial Credibility

随着我国法治社会建设力度的加大,加强执法司法工作的公信力、保障执法司法实践与宪法法律的一致性,是当前推进社会主义法治工作的紧迫任务。由于我国执法司法环境还不够完善,对于执法司法公信力建设提出了更多挑战。如何更好地落实法制体制改革,迫切需要从司法独立、执法司法队伍建设上,强化民众参与力度和监督,重塑执法司法公信力和权威。

With the deepening of law society construction,strengthening the law enforcement and judicial credibility and guaranteeing the whole of constitutional law and judicial practice are an urgent task to promote socialism law.Because the law enforcement and judicial environment in our country are still not perfect,judicial credibility construction is faced with more challenges.If we intend to carry out the legal system reform,we must get more public participation and supervision for the law enforcement and judicial team construction,rebuilding the credibility of justice and judicial authority.
