肛瘘患者术后疼痛护理的探讨

Study on Postoperative Pain Nursing of Patients with Anal Fistula

目的:探讨肛瘘患者术后疼痛的护理方式,观察临床疗效,评价应用价值。方法:将术后60例行肛瘘切开或切除术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,术后对患者采取不同的护理模式,其中对照组患者采用传统常规的护理模式,观察组患者则采用优质护理模式,观察两组患者术后疼痛情况。结果:观察组患者比对照组患者术后疼痛感明显减轻(P<0.01),舒适度及满意度均增加(P<0.05)。结论:对肛瘘患者采用优质护理模式明显减轻了患者的术后疼痛,提高了满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss the different nursing methods of postoperative pain on anal fistula, to observe the clinical effect and evaluate application value.Method： 60 anal fistula operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing, while the observation group was given superior nursing, postoperative pain of two groups was observed.Result： Postoperative pain of the observation group was obviously relieved（P〈0.01）, satisfaction was increased（P〈0.05）, compared with the control group.Conclusion： Anal fistula patients with superior nursing can relieve the postoperative pain obviously and increase the satisfaction, which is valuable to expand.
