应用PDCA循环降低老年患者痰标本留取错误率效果评价

Effect Evaluation on the Reduction of Error Rate of Taking Sputum Sample by Aged Patient with the Application of PDCA Circulation in the Quality Control Circle

目的:探讨PDCA循环降低呼吸内科老年患者痰标本留取错误率,提高检验结果的准确性。方法:调查分析笔者所在医院呼吸内科2014年1-5月224例需留取痰标本的老年住院患者(年龄≥60岁)痰标本留取情况作为对照组,2014年6-10月265例需留取痰标本的老年住院患者运用PDCA循环法进行处理作为研究组,针对痰标本留取错误率高存在的问题,找出原因,制定对策并实施干预,不断改进,再进入下一个循环,并对比两组老年患者痰标本留取错误率。结果:经过PDCA循环的研究组痰标本错误率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环能有效降低老年患者痰标本留取错误率,提高痰标本质量,确保痰标本检查结果的准确性。

Objective： To improve the accuracy of test result through researching on the application of PDCA circulation on the reduction of error rate of taking sputum sample by aged patient of Respiratory Medicine.Method： 224 sputum samples of aged in-patient（age 360 years old） was investigated and analysized as the control group of Respiratory Medicine from January to May 2014 which was taking condition, 265 sputum samples were treated as research group of Respiratory Medicine from June to October 2014 which were required to be taken by aged in-patient with applicationof PDCA circulation method, which need find reason and make towards the issue of high error rate of taking sputum sample, carried out intervention and improved continually, enter into next circulation and compared the error rate of taking sputum sample of aged patient of the two groups.Result： The error rate of sputum sample with the PDCA circulation was lower than the control group distinctively, the difference had the statistic meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： PDCA circulation could reduce the error rate of taking sputum sample of aged patient and improve the quality of sputum sample effectively which could ensure the accuracy of test result.
